The Hillcrest School hosted a fundraising concert for NAVI on 12 th March 2017 at their premises. The
event was attended by more 200 music lovers who were well entertained by Teddy Kalanda. Teddy
is himself a blind musician who led the homegrown band Them Mushrooms to deliver the world
renowned songs Hakuna Matata and Jambo! Approximately Kshs 50,000.00 was raised.
